We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds UNLESS the item/s are damaged or defective UPON delivery. Damaged or defective merchandise purchased online at hbc.com.ph can be returned/exchanged within seven (7) days in two different ways:
FREE SHIPPING RETURNS
- Call us at 0918-9215520 or email email@example.com. Our Customer Care Team will provide a return label and pick-up schedule via email.
- Print the return label. Pack the items together with the original invoice. Affix the return label on the package.
- Xend Courier will pick-up the merchandise based on the agreed schedule.
