We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds UNLESS the item/s are damaged or defective UPON delivery. Damaged or defective merchandise purchased online at can be returned/exchanged within seven (7) days in two different ways:


  • You can have the merchandise returned/exchanged at the nearest hbc store within seven (7) days with the original hbc store receipt. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used by the customer.


  • You can return items by mail and have free shipping for your return package. To return by mail, follow the instructions below:
  1. Call us at 0918-9215520 or email Our Customer Care Team will provide a return label and pick-up schedule via email.
  2. Print the return label. Pack the items together with the original invoice. Affix the return label on the package.
  3. Xend Courier will pick-up the merchandise based on the agreed schedule.
  • Once received, returns are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Credit posting to your account can vary and is determined by the issuing bank.
