RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds UNLESS the item/s are damaged or defective UPON delivery. Damaged or defective merchandise purchased online at hbc.com.ph can be returned/exchanged within seven (7) days in two different ways:

IN-STORE RETURNS

  • You can have the merchandise returned/exchanged at the nearest hbc store within seven (7) days with the original hbc store receipt. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used by the customer.

FREE SHIPPING RETURNS

  • You can return items by mail and have free shipping for your return package. To return by mail, follow the instructions below:
  1. Call us at 0918-9215520 or email custcare@hbc.com.ph. Our Customer Care Team will provide a return label and pick-up schedule via email.
  2. Print the return label. Pack the items together with the original invoice. Affix the return label on the package.
  3. Xend Courier will pick-up the merchandise based on the agreed schedule.
  • Once received, returns are processed within 5 to 7 business days. Credit posting to your account can vary and is determined by the issuing bank.
